What happens when I call or contact this service?

1. A registered nurse will answer your call or review your online contact form. They might ask for some basic details about you and the reason for your inquiry.

2. The nurse will ask for further information to explore your questions and provide you with relevant information.

3. At the end of your call, the nurse will let you know the next steps required. If your inquiry needs follow up information the nurse will outline the steps to be taken.
